Currently, ONE Prestige Management Group holds the exclusive rights to manage the Fishing Lodge Condominium, a luxury residential complex located alongside Cap Cana’s exclusive Marina. As the largest private marina in the Caribbean, the Marina—and by extension the Fishing Lodge—is the social heartbeat of Cap Cana’s community, filled with award-winning restaurants, retail shops, and vibrant nightlife.

Garden City Punta Cana

Soon, ONE will add to its management roster Garden City Punta Cana, a new development located on a popular touristic boulevard, Carretera Higüey-Miches,  in Bávaro, La Altagracia. Garden City Punta Cana is poised to open in 2025.
