Enjoy’s directors and managing partners are BENNY GUEVARA and DAVID VELÁZQUEZ, hospitality veterans of 35+ years who specialize in the scaling and operation of resorts and condo-hotel properties across key touristic destinations.

As Enjoy’s hotels & resorts subsidiary, Joy Caribbean Resorts is a hospitality management company and leisure platform specializing in resort operations, condominium association management, developer partnerships and branding & licensing, and food & beverage services

BENNY GUEVARA

In addition to leading Enjoy, Mr. Guevara is the Executive Director of Leading Property Group (LPG), a development and investment banking firm specialized in leisure and hospitality companies. LPG has a business portfolio exceeding USD $1B and is active across the Caribbean, Mexico, Panama, Argentina, and Uruguay.

Mr. Guevara is a Founding Advisor of the hospitality segment in Cap Cana, the largest master-planned community in the Caribbean.

Prior to establishing Enjoy and LPG, Mr. Guevara served as the founding partner and former CEO of Allegro Resorts, which became the largest all-inclusive hotel company in the Caribbean, with an expansion from 180 rooms to 8.7K rooms across 13 countries over the course of eight years.

DAVID VELÁZQUEZ

A co-founder of Enjoy and LPG alongside Mr. Guevara, Mr. Velázquez possesses extensive experience in the management of multi-national and regional companies in countries across Latin America, among them Allegro Resorts, Karisma Hotels & Resorts, Hacienda Resorts, and the Decameron Group.

Mr. Velázquez served as the Chief Financial Officer of PriceTravel, one of the largest and most profitable Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) in Latin America. During a period of five years, the company grew 9x through five major acquisitions. He also served as Expansion Director of Decameron Hotels & Resorts for eight years, responsible for hotel acquisitions.

Prior to entering the tourism & hospitality space, Mr. Velázquez developed his professional career at KPMG (Puerto Rico and Mexico) for 9.5 years, and Frito Lay (Mexico and Dominican Republic) for 3 years as Audit Manager and CFO of Local Operations, respectively.
